For the application of a Colombian visa, according to resolution 6045 of 2017, the visa authority could require the applicant to submit judicial records from his country. Therefore, in order to obtain such certificate virtually, from Colombian territory, you may request it from the Argentinean authorities through your website The applicant must have a National Identity Card issued by the Argentine Republic, an e-mail address and one of the following documents to confirm the applicant’s identity: debit card, Banelco, AFIP tax code or Social Security code.

The procedure must be done in person if:

You do not have an Argentine national identity card.
You are under 18 years of age
You do not have a debit card, Banelco, AFIP tax code or Social Security code.
No e-mail address

Types and Cost:

Urgent: In 24 hours for $10,268 Colombian pesos.
Very urgent: In 6 hours for $19,168 Colombian pesos.
Express: In 1 hour for $33,544 Colombian pesos.

In case of debit card, please note:

- You can only proceed if it is a Visa Electron, Maestro or Mastercard issued by an Argentine banking institution.
- Have your ID and debit card ready.
- Payment must be made by debit card.
- You will be informed by e-mail that the certificate is ready for download.

In case of Banelco, please note:

- Have your ID card and Banelco card ready.
- Payment must be made at PagoMisCuentas.com or in the service payment section of Banelco’s home banking.
- You will be informed by e-mail that the certificate is ready for download.

In case of AFIP tax code, take into account:

- Must be security level 2 or higher.
- The “National Registry of Recidivism” service must be adhered to. In case it is not adhered, it must be done in the option “Administration of Fiscal Key Relationships” and update the page.
- You will be informed by e-mail that the certificate is ready for download.
