The Ministry of Foreign Affairs may cancel the Colombian visa at any time, at its discretion, but especially when there is evidence of fraudulent or fraudulent acts on the part of the applicant to obtain the visa, prior notice to the competent authorities.
In addition, the Special Administrative Unit of Migration Colombia may cancel the visa of the deported or expelled person.
Consequences of Colombian visa cancellation
Upon cancellation of the visa, its holder:
- You must leave Colombian territory within 30 calendar days or you will be deported.
- You may not file a new visa application within the following year, the duration of the sanction (not less than one year) in case of deportation or expulsion or up to five years in case of fraud in the visa application.
