This visa is valid for up to one year and upon entering the country the immigration control authority requires the corresponding exit ticket from the foreigner.

It is important to take into account that this visa does not allow to carry out remunerated activities in Colombia or to make applications as beneficiary.

Visa Application

Regarding the application process, it should be noted that it consists of two stages; the study stage and the issuance stage.

The cost of each of these varies according to the applicant’s country of origin.

For European and Cuban citizens, the cost is 42.25 euros, while for the rest of the world it is 54.92 U.S. dollars.

Once the application has been approved at the study stage, the issuance stage proceeds, which costs 40 euros for European and Cuban citizens, and 82 dollars for the rest of the world.
