72-HOUR PERMIT

This is a benefit, enshrined in the Penitentiary and Prison Code, to request permits of up to 72 hours for the convicted person to leave the establishment without supervision, when certain requirements are met. Compliance with the requirements is verified and an application is made to obtain this permit.

PAROLE

We request parole for convicted persons deprived of their liberty, subject to compliance with a series of requirements.
