LEGAL PROCEDURES

  • Application for registration with the DIAN and issuance of NIT for the company.
  • Delivery of basic incorporation documents, including minute books.
  • Additional services contracted by the Customer
  • Complementary services to start up the business, as requested by the Customer
  • Does not understand the scope of the Service
  • Incorporation of companies other than SAS
  • Preparation of customized documents
  • Permit or license procedures
  • Setting up companies outside Colombia
  • Legalization of documents of foreign shareholders
  • Be legal representatives of the company
  • Invoicing resolution or digital mechanism before the DIAN (unless contracted as a complementary service).
  • Corporate secretarial services (preparation or review of minutes, etc.)
  • Times
  • We start the service from the moment of payment
  • The incorporation of the S.A.S. takes between 3 and 6 business days.
  • Complementary services take longer depending on the entity with which the service is processed (e.g. bank account).
  • Cancellation of service
  • You may cancel the service at any time
  • If the service has already been started, unless you wish to cancel it within 24 hours of payment at the latest, we will not be able to refund your money.

  • Preparation of standard documents based on the information provided by the Client and including the documents provided by the Client.
  • Filing of documents with the corresponding entities
  • Delivery of documents at the end of the Service
  • Sending documents in digital and physical format
  • Periodic reports on the status of the process
  • Does not understand the scope of the Service
  • Legal advice on the possible outcome of the tutela action. There can be no assurance that the guardianship will be resolved in favor of or against the Client.
  • Analysis or advice on the viability of the tutela action as a mechanism to resolve the Client’s specific situation.
  • Proceedings after having obtained a response. For example: contesting (appealing) the result or continuing to claim depending on the result. This service has an additional cost
  • Respond in less than the legal time. For this procedure, the terms and deadlines set forth in the corresponding regulations are applicable.

  • We start the service from the moment of payment
  • The Tutela must be resolved in 10 working days by the entity from its filing.
  • If the judge or entity requests more time to respond, we will inform you in a timely manner.
  • Cancellation of service
  • You may cancel the service at any time
  • If the service has already been started, unless you wish to cancel it within 24 hours after payment, we cannot refund your money.

  • Proceedings after having obtained a response. For example: filing appeals or appealing the outcome or continuing to claim depending on the outcome. This service has an additional cost

  • The Complaint or Claim must be resolved within 15 working days by the entity from its filing.
  • If the entity requests more time to respond, we will inform you in a timely manner.

  • You may cancel the service at any time
  • If the service has already been started, unless you wish to cancel it within 24 hours of payment at the latest, we will not be able to refund your money.

  • Proceedings after having obtained a response. For example: filing appeals, appealing the outcome or using another mechanism to continue claiming depending on the outcome. This service has an additional cost
  • Respond in less than the legal time. For this procedure, the terms and deadlines set forth in the corresponding regulations are applicable.
  • Times
  • We start the service from the moment of payment
  • If the request is for information or consultation, it must be resolved within 10 working days from the date it is filed.
  • If the request is about any other matter, it must be resolved within 15 working days from the date it is filed.
  • If the entity requests more time to respond, we will inform you in a timely manner.

  • If the service has already been started, unless you wish to cancel it within 24 hours after payment, we cannot refund your money.
