ETIAS stands for
European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS).
This is a mechanism which aims to strengthen the security of European borders, as it will facilitate the identification of possible threats and risks associated with people wishing to travel to any of the countries in the Schengen Zone, being this travel authorization is aimed at citizens of countries that can access the EU area without a visa.

The ETIAS authorization will work for short duration trips of up to 90 days. What do I need to complete the ETIAS application?

At the time of processing the ETIAS travel authorization, the applicant must complete the form and provide the following personal data, the completion of this form would take about 10 minutes or so. The confirmation of the permit could be immediate if the traveler does not have any inconvenience. In cases where the platform must validate information, it could take 96 hours or up to 2 weeks.
